The service here was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire, everything was taken care of effortlessly. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning and a mini-bar. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a spa and wellness center, where I could relax and indulge in a massage or facial. this place provided the perfect combination of comfort and top-quality service.

During my recent stay at Swiss International Mabisel, I was pleased with the size and comfort of the rooms. The facility itself is well-maintained and the large parking space was a convenient feature. I also appreciated the attentive staff and their willingness to assist with any requests. The hotel offered a good English breakfast that was satisfying. The presence of an ironing board and pressing iron in the room was convenient. the hotel was conveniently located near places of interest and had an easy access to public transportation.

The lighting in the room was poor and unsuitable for reading. The peeling off paints on the walls were unsightly and in need of repair.

The hotel has a serene ambiance; it is located in the industrial/corporate area. the breakfast offered had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the rooms were cleaned properly, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff needs to be trained on customer service since they were found to be unprofessional and sometimes not interested.

Had great Christmas at a hotel Spent the Christmas holidays at this hotel and overall had a great time. the breakfast spread was really good and offered a variety of choices. We also enjoyed the convenient location, which was close to the mall and some tourist attractions. the outdoor pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind.

One of the biggest issues was the inconsistent Wi-Fi service, which made it hard to stay connected.
